What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site it is sent over a secure connection to MadisonAvenueBaskets.com. If placed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST it will then be processed within an hour. If placed after 6:00 pm EST your order will be processed at 10:00 AM EST the following day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by MadisonAvenueBaskets.com.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after MadisonAvenueBaskets.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within two hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at 1-866-680-5889 to ensure that your order is being processed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at info@MadisonAvenueBaskets.com and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window.

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 1-866-680-5889. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a delivery date in the future, you can call us at 1-866-680-5889 to request a cancellation.
Which credit cards are accepted?
MadisonAvenueBaskets.com accepts a variety of credit cards including American Express and Discover via Paypal and MasterCard, and VISA via our secure merchant server.
When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as the shipping charge that is applicable. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to Florida. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will include an itemized list of the charges. Any discounts or gift certificates that may have been applied will be reflected in the email you receive.
What if I forgot my password?
If you have already registered and do not remember your password, we can send it to you.
Why isn't your site working with my browser?
Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology, but it does require that you're using an SSL-compliant browser (this means it has a "secure" mode.) Web TV and some browsers behind company firewalls cannot support secure ordering.
How are your gifts shipped?
We ship our gifts via FedEx and UPS.
When will my gift arrive?
The date of delivery depends on the delivery method that is chosen. We offer several options including Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day, Saturday (where available) and Ground.
Does the fruit stay fresh during shipping?
The fruit is shipped to arrive in the best possible condition for any shipping method. We do not recommend ground shipping to maintain the fruit freshness. We do not recommend more than 3 days transit time during the summer months because warm temperatures do affect the fruit quality and freshness. During the summer we do not ship over the weekend so fruit is not left sitting for an extra day.
Can you ship outside the United States?
At this time we are not able to ship to countries outside the United Stated due to strict import/export regulations.
How much does it cost to ship my gift?
Our shipping cost is based on the weight of the gifts and the method of delivery. For more information, or questions on multiple items, contact Customer Service at 1-866-680-5889.

Is a signature required for the gift to be delivered?
We do not require a signature for our gifts. If it is considered a safe neighborhood FedEx or UPS may leave the gift at the door, if unsafe a note will be left at the door and re-delivery attempted the next business day. The recipient may also contact FedEx or UPS to make arrangement for pick up at the nearest facility. Contact Customer Service at 1-866-680-5889 for additional information.
Can I request a signature for the gift?
We do not recommend a signature requirement however a signature can be requested at no additional charge by contacting Customer Service at 1-866-680-5889.
I need to make a change to my order - how can I do that?
Changes can be made by contacting Customer Service at 1-866-680-5889 or by email at info@MadisonAvenueBaskets.com All changes must be made by 2pm EST the day the gift is shipped. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.
Can I customize or build my own basket?
Any of our Baskets can be customized , however we do not currently offer a “build your own” basket module on our website. Custom orders must be placed by phone at 1-866-680-5889.
How much fruit comes in a box?
Our fruit boxes come in 3 sizes: 1.5 lbs, 4 lbs and 7 lbs. Our 1.5 lbs box comes with 2 pieces of fruit, our 4 lbs box comes with 6 pieces of fruit and our 7 lbs box comes with 10-12 pieces of fruit. The quantity of fruit varies with the size or type of fruit shipped.
I love a specific item I received as a gift. Can I purchase specific items separately?
We make all of our gifts available for purchase and we can customize your order and quantity. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-680-5889 for pricing and details.
Do you offer wine or coffee items in your baskets?
Yes some of our baskets carry wine products or coffee products but certain restrictions apply to wine shipments, please read the description on each product containing wine.
How do I prepare the smoked salmon?
The smoked salmon is fully cooked and ready to eat. You can add it to a casserole, use it as a garnish, or eat it right out of the pouch. It’s that good!
