Shipping

All shipments will be sent by either Fed Ex or UPS at our discretion.
Damaged Delivery:
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. All packaging should be keep in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery:
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Holiday Delivery:
During peak times, deliveries may take one additional day to arrive. This affects the week prior to the following Holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Hospital Delivery:
Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. Since, these shipments normally go to a general receiving department before being routed to the patients room we do not guarantee hospital deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given if the patient checks out or cannot be located.
Wrong Addresses:
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Undelivered Packages:
Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door.
Perishables:
Food items and perishables cannot be returned.


Substitution Policy

Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice. We will make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.
